Despite taking legal action against Henry Fitz, the Dansoman Circuit Court threw out her case against the businessman and two others.
Initially, the trio was accused of sharing a private video featuring Serwaa Amihere and Henry Fitz in b3d.

The court cited lack of jurisdiction, meaning the case should be taken to a higher court.
Following the dismissal, Henry Fitz came out openly to say that he was not afraid of the lawsuit Serwaa Amihere had filed against him.
He also claimed he had several videos of their intimate moments, but he was not the one who leaked them.
Lastly, Serwaa Amihere has come out openly to go deep into how the leaked videos forced her into depression.
Speaking to a set of youths at the function, Serwaa Amihere called on young men and women to be very careful in the things they do now, as most of those would come back for them years later.
